The bell rang for school to start, and John walked in late.
The teacher, Mr. Clark, asked, "John, why are you late?"
John replied, "I was on Cherry Hill." Then he casually sat down.
Ten minutes later, Nathan walked in, also late.
Mr. Clark sighed. "Nathan, why are you late?"
Nathan grinned and said, "I was on Cherry Hill."
Mr. Clark shook his head but let it slide.
Five minutes later, another student, Sarah, rushed in, out of breath.
"Let me guess," Mr. Clark said, arms crossed. "You were on Cherry Hill?"
Sarah nodded and quickly took her seat.
At this point, Mr. Clark was getting suspicious.
Just as he was about to ask more questions, the classroom door swung open, and little Timmy walked in—sweaty, dirt on his face, and his shirt untucked.
Before Mr. Clark could say a word, Timmy raised his hands in frustration and blurted out:
"Okay, okay! I’m late… but I swear, I was helping Cherry Hill get up!"
