Old man Dinesh goes to consult with his village doctor. When he finally gets to see him, he complains about a pain in his leg that just won’t go away.
The doctor examines him for a moment, then leans back and says, “Ah, Dinesh, it’s simple—you’re getting old! It’s just part of aging.”
Dinesh crosses his arms and scowls. “Getting old? That’s your medical explanation? What kind of doctor are you?”
The doctor shrugs, “Well, it’s true! At your age, the body just starts to wear down.”
Dinesh shakes his head furiously. “Oh really? Then tell me, doctor—my other leg is just as old as this one, and it’s working just fine! So why is only one of them complaining?”
The doctor stares at him for a second, then sighs. "Dinesh, I think your leg is just lazier than the other one."
Dinesh grins, “Well, now I know my leg and I have something in common!”
