lbert walks into a bar and sees his friend Norman sitting alone at a table, nursing a drink and looking miserable.

Approaching him, Albert comments, "You look terrible. What’s the problem?"

Norman sighs heavily. "My mother died in August."

Albert winces. "Oh man, I’m so sorry."

Norman nods, taking a sip of his drink. "Then, in September, my father passed away."

Albert’s eyes widen. "That’s awful!"

Norman continues, "Then in October, my aunt died and left me $10,000."

Albert, looking a bit confused, says, "Well, that’s… sad, but at least she left you something."

Norman nods. "Then in November, my uncle died and left me $50,000."

Albert tilts his head. "Wait… that’s a lot of money."

Norman sighs again. "And then in December, my grandfather died and left me $200,000."

Albert’s jaw drops. "That’s incredible!"

Norman shakes his head miserably. "Yeah, but now it’s January… and nothing!"
