As the gentleman had a rare blood type, they scoured the city and finally found an Irishman named Paddy with the exact match.

Paddy happily agreed to donate his blood. The surgery went well, and the Sheik recovered quickly. To show his gratitude, the Sheik sent Paddy a brand-new BMW, a Rolex watch, and $100,000 cash.
