"A blind woman was seen waiting at a street corner with her guide dog. After a short wait, the dog started leading her across the street against the red light. First, a car comes screeching to a stop..."

...then another swerves dramatically to avoid them, honking wildly. Tires squealing, drivers yelling — it was like a scene from a low-budget action movie directed by a traffic light that had the day off.

They somehow make it across safely, and once they reach the curb, the woman reaches into her coat pocket, pulls out a dog biscuit, and gently offers it to the dog.

A stunned onlooker nearby says, “Wait a second… your dog nearly got you both run over! You’re rewarding him?!”

The woman smiles and says, “Oh, I’m not rewarding him. I’m just trying to find his mouth... so I can figure out where to kick him.”

The onlooker bursts out laughing. The dog just tilts his head, clearly confused, as if thinking, "Was it the left at the honking, or the right at the yelling?"

Needless to say, the dog spent the rest of the day pretending he didn’t hear the crosswalk beeps and giving side-eye to every squirrel in town — anything to distract from his terrible sense of timing.

Moral of the story? Even the best guides sometimes need GPS… or at least a refresher on traffic lights.
