The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step... which is usually in the wrong direction because I refuse to ask for directions.

If at first you don’t succeed, skydiving is probably not for you.

A penny for your thoughts seems like a great deal—until you realize most people’s thoughts aren’t even worth a nickel.

Give a man a fish, and he’ll eat for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he’ll spend his entire paycheck on expensive rods, bait, and a boat just to sit on the water for hours and come home with nothing.

The early bird gets the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese. And the third guy in line at the buffet gets the freshest batch of fries.

Live every day as if it were your last—except maybe don’t max out your credit card or quit your job dramatically.

Remember, life is not a sprint… it’s more like a slow, painful crawl toward the weekend.
