The 6th-grade science teacher, Mrs. Parks, asked her class:

"Which human body part increases to ten times its size when stimulated?"

The class fell silent. Eyes widened. A few kids giggled nervously. No one dared to answer.

Finally, she picked on little Susie, the star student, who was squirming in her seat. Susie stood up, flustered, and stammered, "Mrs. Parks! I—I don't think we should be talking about that in school!"

Mrs. Parks raised an eyebrow. "Why not?"

Susie crossed her arms and said defiantly, "Because my mom told me that if I ever got asked something like this, I should report it to the principal!"

Mrs. Parks sighed and shook her head. "Susie, the correct answer is the pupil of your eye. It dilates when stimulated by light."

The room was dead silent for a moment. Then Mrs. Parks added with a smirk:

"And Susie, you have a very, very disappointed future ahead of you."

The entire class burst into laughter while Susie turned as red as a tomato.
